Shipping and Delivery

Product Shipping

Delivery time is approximately 5-18 business days, with the vast majority of orders being shipped out closer to the lower end. Please allow us 1-3 business days to process your order before it is shipped.

Since we can only provide you with an estimated delivery time we are not responsible for any delays in or if the product arrives after the expected delivery time. Additionally delivery dates may be updated and or change based on external factors at any given time.

Life Story Maps does not take responsibility for any lost, delayed, or the costs of any packages that are shipped due to incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise not valid shipping address information. When proceeding to checkout please ensure you double check your full address before placing an order.

All International orders may be subject to additional import taxes, duties, or customs fees upon delivery and return delivery. Life Story Maps is not responsible for any of these fees - no exceptions. Customs delays are common and we are unable control or prevent this type of delay.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order by clicking the link in the email or by visiting our Order Tracking page.

Please note it may take some time for the tracking provider to update. If you don't see current tracking information immediately, please allow 1-2 business days for information to appear, and check again.
