Product Issues & Delivery Delays
Should you receive a damaged item due to shipping or manufacturing, or if your order does not reach you within 15 business days for domestic shipments and 28 business days for international ones, we are committed to offering a replacement or, depending on circumstances, a refund. Refunds will be determined on an individual basis. Refunds or replacement are only valid for up to 15 days after item delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to take responsibility for orders that miss specific dates/events, inadvertent orders, typos by users, or products being not as expected. Nonetheless, customer satisfaction is our priority. For any inquiries beyond this policy, contact us.
Order Finalization
Once confirmed by the customer, all orders are considered final and binding.
Refunds & Cancellations
We aim to delight our customers and will always strive to accommodate when feasible. Following an order, expect delivery within a window of 7-25 business days. Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate; we cannot guarantee replacements for mistakes on the buyer's part.
Shipping, Returns & Withdrawal Rights
After confirming an order, modifications to shipping details are not possible. In case of concerns, please contact us. Issues stemming from incorrect address inputs are solely the buyer’s responsibility, though we’ll assist however possible. Evaluations are always case-specific.
Requests for product replacements or refunds must be submitted within 28 days of the order date. Should there be quality concerns or missing products, Life Story Maps pledges to offer replacements. Reach out via our contact form for refunds, which are processed as promptly as possible given circumstances. Costs arising from customer errors, such as return shipping, will be borne by the customer.
Given the custom nature of our products, they don’t come with a withdrawal right. A gentle reminder: displayed colors might vary slightly due to device differences. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept this slight variation. While we assure premium quality, we don’t have control over device-specific color discrepancies.
